The
ECOSPEED F is a high performance
machining center for the machining
of aluminum components.
The unique
kinematic concept, combined
with lowest moveable masses
guaranties the highest dynamic
cutting capabilities through
an extremely stiff high power
spindle system incorporating
an HSK A 63/80 taper.
The machine is equipped with
direct
positive drive systems and direct
measuring scales throughout
to guarantee the highest component
accuracy. It is complimented
with pallets of extremely stiff
rigid design in cast iron to
eliminate warping.
This concept provides the best
preconditions for the most precise
and fastest aluminum cutting
processes of aerospace structural
parts resulting in the lowest
cost per piece possible. |
