Evolution X5 is a 5-axis machine
designed for aerospace, prototype,
medical and extrusion-type work.The
Evolution provides complete
3D interpolation for taper and
complex shapes with high taper.
The exclusive 5-axis Evolution
3D system uses a self-positioning
rotation point device on the
material to automatically maintain
a constant distance from nozzle
to workpiece. This feature protects
the nozzle through a working
range from flat to an inclinated
interpolation of ± 69
degrees.
The Mitsubishi 700 control,
combined with a CAD-CAM generated
CNC code, allows for simple
or complex shapes to be cut.
Speed and accuracy are easy
to achieve with the Waterjet
Intelligent Taper Control™
