with One-piece Colunm and One-piece
Base design.
The Large span of Y-axis is
designed to enhance the rigidity.
The horizontal and vertical
direction design of guideway
supports weight of saddle and
the cornering force at the same
time. The X-axis is designed
with over-sized roller type
guideway and 6 sliders to support
heavy workpiece.
The DCV-2012A has a 20,000 rpm
Moterized Spindle with #40 taper
and Model DCV-2012B has a 10,000
rpm IDD Spindle with #50 taper. |
